  5. Pl do not try all these without taking doctor s opinion. Do not stop medicines. I have seen serious consequences by stopping medicine and following this diet only. Never do that. Try while continuing medicine, take medical tests, if every reading is fine, then consult doctor on medication. Never the other way, ie. Never stop your daily meditation based on some propaganda.
